The key to shooting with accuracy and power is teaching players the correct techniques to perform any type of shot.  Players who are able to execute these mechanical aspects consistently with both feet, will gain the confidence to take risks, shoot with accuracy and maximum velocity under pressure.

Players will be taught the difference between power and finesse, taught to play with their backs to the goal and of course how to celebrate!
