Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items that are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to alert us of the damage.  An RA # will then be issued to you. Please bring the damaged goods to the SFL offices with RA #.  Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Pickup, Shipping and Deliveries

All items will be available for pick up at the SFL office.  You will be notified by email once your goods are in house.
